Dr. Howell grew up in Johnson City, Texas. Helping her grandfather on the ranch, sparked her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian. During her high school, undergraduate and graduate studies, Dr. Howell worked as a veterinary technician at several different clinics. Following completion of her Master’s, Dr. Howell attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
