Robert V. Hicks, MAI is a real estate appraiser and the manager of the Stouffer & Associates team in Boerne, Texas. Rob began appraising real estate in the San Antonio metro area in March, 1991 after being a fee appraiser in Houston, Texas for over four years. Rob obtained his MAI designation in 1991 and began managing the Boerne Branch of Stouffer & Associates in Boerne, Texas in January of 2004.
Rob attended Blinn Jr. College in Brenham Texas, where he received a full football scholarship. Subsequent to this, Rob attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education. Upon graduation, Rob taught Vocational Agriculture at Ozona High School in Ozona, Texas, for over 3 years before returning to Texas A&M University and earning a Master of Agriculture in Land Economics and Real Estate. Rob is also involved in the family ranch in Bandera County, Texas.
