The SFC Farmers' Markets (formerly known as Austin Farmers' Market) are a project of Sustainable Food Center. Currently SFC hosts two of the largest weekly farmers' markets in the state of Texas (Downtown and Sunset Valley), and featuring local Central Texas farmers! All SFC Farmers’ Markets are producer-only, which means that farmers may only sell what they grow, and other vendors can only sell products that they themselves produce.
Visit any of our SFC Farmers' Markets and find:
- Dozens of local fruit and veggie farmers
- Local cheeses, meats, and eggs
- Flowers, herbs, plants and soaps
- Delicious ready-to-eat jams, salsas and honey
- SNAP, WIC and Double Dollar Incentive Program food benefits accepted
