Dr Carissa received her bachelor's and veterinary degree from Texas A&M University. Following vet school, Dr Carissa worked in a rural mixed animal practice in Floresville, Texas. In July of 2018, they started their journey as associate veterinarians at Columbus Animal Clinic. They eventually purchased the practice July of 2019. Dr. Carissa's interest include medicine, imaging, and dentistry. She enjoys hiking, running, hunting, and being anywhere near water.
