She is an Aggie at heart, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M; as well as graduating from Texas A&M; College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. After veterinary school, she worked as a small animal veterinarian in a mixed animal practice in Temple, Texas.
