Dr. James attended Tarleton State University where he received a Bachelors in Animal Science in 2005, followed by a Masters in Animal Science with an emphasis in Ruminant Nutrition in 2007. Upon completion, he attended TAMU College of Veterinary Medicine until graduation in 2012. He moved to Bellville, Texas in May 2012 with his family where he was employed by Lamp Veterinary Clinic. In November 2016, Dr. Crenwelge started Star Hill Veterinary Clinic in Bellville.
