Dr. Jeff is a native of Tyler and graduated from Robert E. Lee High school. Afterward, he attended Tyler Junior College and he furthered his education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M. Dr. Jeff received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine while at Texas A&M in 1989 and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
In 1989, he founded Tyler Veterinary Center, where he practices small animal medicine. Two of his special areas of interest are Dermatology and General Surgery.
