Dr. Kristen Bayat was raised just outside of Houston in Katy, Texas. She attended Angelo State University in West Texas for her undergraduate degree and graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. After graduation, she performed a mixed animal internship and then pursued her career in emergency medicine. She enjoys all aspects of emergency medicine, especially surgery and critical care.
