At the age of 10 Dr. Loretta Ehrlund was scared when her first dog had an epileptic seizure. A veterinarian was able to explain what was wrong and how to care for her dog. She decided right then that she wanted to be a person that could help other people with their animal’s problems. Her goal for every patient and their owner is to find a suitable solution for that pet. While she may not be able to “fix” every medical problem, she always wants the best possible outcome whether it is referring a pet to a specialist, hospice care or most often a reasonable way for the owner to help the pet at home.
