Dr. Skaggs obtained his Doctor Of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University in 1990. Since that time he has been exclusively in private practice working with small animals, large animals and numerous exotic animals. By concentrating on providing top of the line services, employing the best hospital staff, obtaining continuing education hours, and offering in-house radiography and lab testing, he strives to give your pet the best care available.
