Helping landowners diversify and generate revenue from environmental, organic, habitat mitigation credits and debits, renewable energy, oil and gas lease review, wildlife, wetlands and energy generation and extraction projects.

Robert is a national leader in development of environmental markets and habitat mitigation. Robert’s on-the-ground expertise with working lands, relationships with industry and local, state, and federal agencies, and understanding of the compliance with the latest policies allow him to navigate in complex and emerging markets.

As a Senior Mitigation Advisor with K·Coe Conservation, Robert helps design and implement habitat mitigation projects that provide regulatory and capital certainty for industry and that help landowners accomplish their goals of diversification. Robert previously served as Senior Environmental Coordinator for Noble Energy Inc. and has two decades of experience working as an environmental project manager, land use manager and coordinating permitting for oil and gas, mining, right-of-ways, and renewable energy projects

Robert serves as the Chair of the Wildlife Committee for the Western Energy Alliance and as Co-Chair of the Wildlife Committee for the Colorado Oil and Gas Association. He is active in multiple industry trade associations and has a first-hand understanding of where environmental and habitat mitigation markets are emerging and where trends in demand are going in the coming years.
