Weyerhaeuser Outdoor Recreational Leases - Arkansas-Oklahoma-Texas Updated:11/2017

Weyerhaeuser Company has a great history of responsible forest management. Over a hundred years ago, Weyerhaeuser started in the industry with 900,000 acres of Timberlands in Washington state. Today we own over 13 million acres in the U.S, including over 9 million acres in the southeastern U.S.

It takes decades to grow a tree to produce quality sawtimber, which is our primary goal. Our forest management also creates quality habitat for a wide diversity of species, including popular game species such as white-tailed deer and wild turkey. We offer our lands to be leased to outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy. In most cases, our ownership is accessible by a network of all-season roads and, in many cases, access can be controlled by us and lessee’s via locked gates.

Recreational leases on Weyerhaeuser property offer virtually unlimited opportunities for outdoor recreation including exceptional hunting, fishing (select locations), hiking, horseback riding, bird-watching, or just getting away to tranquil settings. Enjoy time with friends and family on privately-owned forestland.
