The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) today announced that six oil and natural gas companies with significant operations in the Permian Basin of Texas and New Mexico have formed a new partnership to support conservation projects in the region. The Pecos Watershed Conservation Initiative will identify significant conservation opportunities that improve habitat, address water scarcity, improve water quality and engage local communities.
