At BrightSense we are the sales and technical representatives in the in the Rocky Mountain West region for ARCTIC cold climate hydronic heatpumps. These air-source heatpumps are mainly used for in-floor radiant applications in homes and businesses. We right-size equipment for the application based on the actual heating and cooling loads of the structure. We help with system integration and provide piping, wiring, and programming instructions.

Hans Joachim Preiss and his team are helping accelerate the transition to all-electric buildings out of their office in Boulder, Colorado, where they are working to simplify net-zero to the point where it becomes affordable and mainstream. He previously held engineering positions at the boiler, water heater, and geothermal heatpump division of Bosch North America, and developed net-zero energy homes that were built as early as 2007 in Canada, New England, and Georgia. Hans has a degree in Engineering Physics with specialization in Environmental Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany.
