Located near Daingerfield, Texas, the farm consists of lush pastures and towering pine and hardwood trees nestled in the slow moving world of Northeast Texas. Here, we raise vegetables and herbs, hay, fruit and berries, flowers, pine timber and fullblood red and white Maine-Anjou beef cattle. We also offer unique culinary experiences through private dining, catering and Farm to Fork cooking classes. Our natural beef, poultry and pork is delicious and healthy.
The Greer Farm utilizes sustainable agriculture techniques raising blackberries, blueberries, figs, plums, chickens, Maine-Anjou fullblood cattle offering free range eggs and grass fed beef by the portion at the farm or by the split quarter in bulk cut and packaged to your specification. We also four lakeside log cabins for rental, offer private dining for groups of 8-10 or more by reservation, make homemade jam, sauces and syrup, and Chef Eva teaches her famous Farm to Fork cooking classes on a scheduled or private basis.
Our goal is to be a Center of Excellence in Sustainable Agriculturedemonstrating that a family farm can be profitable, practice environmental stewardship and produce a stable food supply and timber in perpetuity without degrading the natural resources that support the production processes.

The Greer Farm offers meats, jams and sauces, breads and eggs for order in a variety of ways. Our farm products can be ordered online for local delivery, purchased at farmer's markets or purchased and picked-up direct from the farm. Jams and sauces are also available for purchase online to be shipped to your door.
